Over the last couple of years I have been lucky enough to be asked to produce Sales Training and deliver workshops to companies to improve confidence and presentation skills using magic as a base

These workshops are both fun interactive but most of all effective in taking people through a process of learning something new and becoming comfortable enough to present in an expert way.

These workshops have developed into other fun approaches to

Most Clients I talk to say things like “I think my team needs some sales training” when actually what their team needs is structured coaching and the tools to perform to the best of their ability.

Sales training can mean so many things to so many people but personally I have an approach that engages small to medium size teams and through a reflective thinking process produces a bespoke plan of attack for the future.

Reminding a sales force of the simple things that they know but probably have stopped doing can create great moments of epiphany

An epiphany (from the ancient Greek ἐπιφάνεια, epiphaneia, “manifestation, striking appearance”) is an experience of sudden and striking realisation. Generally the term is used to describe scientific breakthrough, religious or philosophical discoveries, but it can apply in any situation in which an enlightening realisation allows a problem or situation to be understood from a new and deeper perspective.

Within any sales training process the use of Magic Workshops to take individuals outside their comfort zone it is very rewarding. It sees people who think they cannot present face to face excel in what could be an uncomfortable situation without the tools to manage negative feelings.
